What format are the labels delivered in?
2400 DPI print-ready files named by SKU. The exact format matches your supplier's artwork submission specifications.
Do I need Adobe Illustrator?
No. That's the whole point. We handle the Illustrator template conversion so you don't have to.
What information goes on the labels?
Your company logo, legal entity name, physical address, website domain, and support email. All product-specific content (peptide names, CAS numbers, molecular weights, storage instructions) remains unchanged from the supplier's templates.
How long does delivery take?
24 hours from payment. Most orders are completed same-day.
Which suppliers do you support?
We currently support major research peptide drop-ship suppliers. Enter your supplier name in the order form and we'll confirm compatibility.
What if my supplier requests changes?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every order. If your supplier sends back feedback — resolution adjustments, placement tweaks, format changes — we'll make the corrections and redeliver at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond two are available for a small fee.
What if my supplier adds new SKUs?
We update our template library as suppliers release new products. Reach out for pricing on additional SKUs.
